I wanted to share my recent experience with your customer service team. Unfortunately, I encountered issues while trying to place an order on the "Under the Carolina Moon" app, which prompted me to call the number listed on your website. I was connected with Lisa at the call center, and I must say she was an absolute delight to work with. She patiently assisted me in placing an order for in-store pickup. Additionally, Tonya provided excellent service as well, ensuring my order was complete and even offering to wrap my purchase as a gift. As someone living in Florida, I don’t always experience the same level of southern hospitality, and I just wanted to take a moment to express how much I appreciated the thoughtful and helpful service provided by Lisa and Tonya. It was truly refreshing! Thank you for fostering such a positive customer service experience. I’ll certainly continue to shop with you!

Yesterday was my very first visit to Under.the Carolina Moon. I was blown away at the wide selection of items. I purchased some 4th of July items and joined the loyalty club. It was customer appreciation day so I got $10 off of my purchase! Brandi helped us and was so kind to my adult son with special needs. A lovely store! I will be back! We were told about this store by another employee named Skye.

My fiance and I came in needing some last minute custom items for our wedding. Brandi and Dana went above and beyond, two of the most accommodating women we have ever worked with. Truly made the process less stressful, a lot of fun and efficient! We will now be going to Under the Carolina Moon for all our customizable needs, BUT only will work with Brandi and Dana!!! THEY ARE THE BEST!!!

This store is the best they have awesome employees and service the owner was sweet and drove a hard bargain lol but their 50% off sale was really good and their clearance on shoes and the stuff is high quality and shout out to the owner like really she was sweet but it’s the best store I like going to.

Greeted at the door wirh a smile and told of all the sales items...this store had great items for sell and for all occasions, seasonal and special events...as you look at pictures they reveal what they have on hand...you can order online, pick up at store, deliver at home or buy at location...they have men's ,women's, children's,and infant clothing, fur baby & special wedding items, children ...I think their women's clothing cater to the younger side especially the jeans... it is a great store to shop and spend time with family or friends...or just a girls day out...I surely will be back!!! They give a free T-shirt on the day of your birthday when you come in to shop... 1/9/2021 All 🎄CHRISTMAS🎄 items are 70%off!!! Call ahead or look online to see this is still in place... Lady owner walked us around for 15 minutes before I knew she was the owner! She personally helped my son and was very nice to him. He had a great time talking to her! Love this place and the staff is awesome

Awesome locally owned store with friendly, helpful staff. Has everything you need from babies, men’s, pets and ladies! There is something for everyone. Love that all of their t-shirts are designed and printed in house. For every shirt sold a $1 goes to Rice Bowls to help feed orphaned children all over the world!!

Absolutely love coming here, there is literally something here for everyone in your family, lots of collegiate items, cute items for your home and yard, tons of the cutest t-shirts, baby items, women’s clothes, great selection of mens’ soaps, body wash plus more! If you’re in the Easley area you have to stop by and check out everything!

Angel and her staff are fabulous, if I see Angel somewhere other than her store and have a question, even if she's enjoying time with her family, she doesn't hesitate to help me!! Under the Carolina Moon is a one stop shop. Whether you are looking for Clemson, Brumate, specialty t-shirts, forever jewelry, Pandora, bogg bags, laser engraving and the list goes on, Under the Carolina Moon is your place!! It's a wonderful experience to shop where you are appreciated and the staff knows your name!! Try them for your self, you won't be disappointed. Thanks for always treating me with love and respect.
